Sean Michael Hill founded GBH a few years after becoming permanently disabled from a double car-bombing in Baghdad. Mr. Hill actively served for more than 15 years in the US NAVY and Special Forces. His duties included special forces work, security management and executive protection experience, including his recent service in both Afghanistan and Iraq as part of General Tommy Franks’ personal security detachment. In addition, he successfully worked as the Base Security Manager on the $120 million construction project at the Al-Kasik Army Base in Northern Iraq and country Security Manager for Afghanistan.

Art Noriega is Vice President, Marketing and Operations for Grupo Busto Hill. Prior to joining GBH, Mr. Noriega served as the former Senior Vice President for International Operations of Celotex. Before that, he served in senior management positions for international operations at both Jim Walter and Bay Care Corporation.

Jason Busto is Vice President, Administration and Finance for Grupo Busto Hill. He has served as Chief Operating Officer for Busto Plumbing, one of Tampa Bay’s largest commercial plumbing contracting firms. Mr. Busto is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record. Trained as an economist, he earned his masters degree from the London School of Economics.
